从技术法规、标准、合格评定程序三方面分析SPS、TBT协议对出入境纺织品检验检疫工作的影响,并提出建立纺织品技术壁垒的建议。

A detailed analysis is conducted on the influence of SPS and TBT agreements during inspection and quarantine of imported and exported textiles based upon technical regulations standards and conformity assessment procedure. At last, some advices are proposed for the establishment of the textiles technical barrier.
