摘要
果胶微胶囊是以果胶作为主要壁材和其他成分进行组合,采用喷雾干燥法或复凝聚法制作的微胶囊。文中在简要介绍果胶与常见组分(蛋白质类、海藻酸钠、壳聚糖)进行复配的基础上,探讨喷雾干燥法﹑复凝聚法常见的微胶囊制作技术以及果胶微胶囊在食品、农业、化妆品、药品行业的应用进展,以期为微胶囊的研究以及工业生产提供参考和借鉴。
Pectin microcapsules are microcapsules made by combining pectin as the main wall material and othercomponents,and using spray drying or complex agglomeration methods.Based on a brief introduction of pectin andcommon components(proteins,sodium alginate,chitosan)to compound,discuss the spray drying method,complexcoacervation method common microcapsule production technology and pectin microcapsules in food,Agriculture,cosmetics,pharmaceutical industry application progress,with a view to provide reference and reference for theresearch of microcapsules and industrial production.
