摘要 粉末压片法制样,采用X荧光光谱法(XRF)测定铬铁矿中铬、磷、硅、锰元素的含量。对基体效应进行了校正,对样品的粒度影响和曲线参数进行了优化。精密度试验结果表明,待测元素的相对标准偏差均低于3.10%,XRF精密度良好,制样及分析数据重现性良好。 Through sample preparation by powder pressed method,the contents of Cr,P,Si and Mn in chromite were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF),including having matrix effect rectified and the particle size effect of the sample and the curve parameters optimized.The precision experiment showed that,the relative standard deviation of the elements to be tested was less than 3.10% together with a good XRF precision and better reproducibility of sample preparation and analytical data.
