摘要
复合材料结构本身存在诸多的不确定性,同时复合材料结构所承受的载荷在实际工程中也存在不确定性,针对这种不确定性,考虑结构和载荷为最常见的不确定性,使用ANSYS有限元软件对某航天复合材料压力容器结构建立了有限元模型,采用概率可靠性分析方法中的Monte-Carlo方法实现了该结构的随机可靠性分析,并基于随机可靠度实现了该结构的优化设计。
Both the structure uncertainty of composite materials and that of the loads on the composite materials in practical engineering were considered and making use of ANSYS to establish a finite element model for the pressure vessels made of an aerospace composite material was implemented,including employing Monte-Carlo(MC)method of probabilistic reliability analysis to realize stochastic reliability analysis of the structure and the optimal design thereof based on the random reliability.
