摘要
由于蝶阀内流体流动属于三维受限空间流体绕流问题,蝶板绕流过程易出现边界层分离、涡群脱落等特殊现象,使得蝶阀动水力矩计算公式形式多样,计算结果也不尽相同。汇总国内外有关蝶阀动水力矩计算方法,对比分析了各种计算方法的准确性,此项工作对提升国内蝶阀设计水平起到积极作用。
The fluid flow within the butterfly valve belongs to that around a three-dimensional confined space,and special phenomena such as boundary layer separation and vortex group shedding in the process of butterfly plate flow occur easily to make calculation formulas of the hydrodynamic torque of butterfly valve various and the calculation results different.In this paper,various calculation methods for the hydrodynamic torque of butterfly valve at home and abroad were summarized and their accuracy were compared to play a positive role in improving the design level of domestic butterfly valves.
