摘要
基于建筑全生命周期这个主线,建筑可持续发展视角下供应链协调与社会责任共担机理研究,以绿色建筑供应链运行效率为导向,以既有建筑节能改造效率为切入点,以产业链过程中各主体行为规律为基础,通过构建主导企业驱动协调下的利益相关主体行为博弈模型,分析主导企业与上下游企业的博弈行为以及在政府参与监管下的主导企业行为策略,建立主导企业主导下的绿色建筑供应链协调绩效评价体系,提出主导企业驱动协调、政府辅助协调、链外多方主体协力配合的绿色建筑供应链协调发展框架;在剖析既有建筑节能改造主体社会责任内涵和主体行为特征基础上,探讨责任共担影响因素及其关联关系与共担策略及其演化机理,基于责任共担有效性评价,提出既有建筑节能改造主体社会责任共担机制设计思路与实施机理,探索既有建筑节能改造主体社会责任共担机理;确定影响各行为主体的关键因素,构建影响因素的反馈关系模型及产业链上下游各行为主体的博弈模型,探究建筑废弃物再生利用产业链社会责任共担机制,初步形成建筑可持续发展视角下供应链协调与社会责任共担机理的理论体系。
Based on the main line of the whole life cycle of construction,the research on the mechanism of supply chain coordination and social responsibility sharing from the perspective of sustainable development of construction,taking the operation efficiency of green building supply chain as the guidance,the efficiency of energy-saving transformation of existing buildings as the breakthrough point,and the behavior law of each subject in the process of industrial chain as the basis,through the construction of the behavior game model of stakeholders under the driving coordination of leading enterprises,this paper analyzed the game behavior between the leading enterprise and the upstream and downstream enterprises and the behavior strategy of the leading enterprise under the supervision of the government,established the performance evaluation system of the green building supply chain coordination under the leadership of the leading enterprise,and put forward the coordinated development framework of the green building supply chain,which is driven by the leading enterprise,assisted by the government,and coordinated by multi parties outside the chain.On the basis of the connotation and behavior characteristics of the subject of energy-saving renovation,this paper discussed the influencing factors of responsibility sharing,its relationship,sharing strategy and its evolution mechanism.Based on the evaluation of the effectiveness of responsibility sharing,it put forward the design idea and implementation mechanism of the social responsibility sharing mechanism of the existing building energy-saving transformation subject,explored the social responsibility sharing mechanism of the existing building energy-saving transformation subject,and determined the influence.According to the key factors of each actor,the feedback relationship model of influencing factors and the game model of each actor in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain are constructed to explore the social responsibility sharing mechanism of construction waste recycling industry chain,and initially form the theoretical system of supply chain coordination and social responsibility sharing mechanism from the perspective of sustainable development of construction.
