摘要
采用拟浓液相法,通过对生物质电厂生物渣制备生物质复合肥,进行酸中和、制造液相,并控制反应、混和、造粒温度在60℃等措施,获得了掺渣率在0.15~0.20,酸渣比在0.1∶1,颗粒粒径与颗粒强度合格,总养分(N+P_(2)O_(5)+K_(2)O)在45%的生物质复合肥。用Origin7.5拟合出生物质复合肥造粒渣含量与水含量之间的函数关系,对生物质渣制生物质复合肥的广谱化应用作出了有益的探索。
the biomass compound fertilizer was produced by the biomass cinder through the simulating thick liquid phase methods.Through neutralization with acid,manufacture liquid,and controle temperature of reaction、mixing and pelletizing is 60℃and other measures,obtained the biomass compound fertilizer,which mixeding cinder rate from 0.15 to 0.2,acid-cinder ratio is 0.1 mL(0.67 sulfuric acid)/g,particle size and particle strength qualified,total nutrients(N+P_(2)O_(5)+K_(2)O)of 45%was obtained.In Experimenting,make functional relation with origin7.5 between biomass cinder content and water content while pelletizing of biomass compound fertilizer.To broad spectrum of making biomass cinder to biomass compound fertilizer,has made the beneficial exploration.
