大株红景天联合胸腔热灌注治疗晚期肺癌恶性胸腔积液的临床效果

Clinical effect of rhodiola macrophylla combined with thoracic thermal perfusion in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion of advanced lung cancer

目的探讨大株红景天联合胸腔热灌注治疗晚期肺癌恶性胸腔积液(MPE)的临床效果。方法选取76例晚期肺癌MPE患者,根据随机对照原则将其分为治疗组(38例,胸腔热灌注治疗)和对照组(38例,大株红景天+胸腔热灌注治疗)。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平明显低于对照组,循环血管内皮细胞(CECs)及循环活性内皮细胞(aCECs)计数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的骨髓抑制发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大株红景天联合胸腔热灌注治疗晚期肺癌MPE的临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rhodiola macrophylla combined with thoracic thermal perfusion in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion(MPE)of advanced lung cancer.Methods Seventy-six patients with advanced lung cancer MPE were selected and divided into treatment group(38 cases,thoracic thermal perfusion therapy)and control group(38 cases,rhodiola macrophylla+thoracic thermal perfusion therapy)according to the principle of randomized control.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the counts of circulating vascular endothelial cells(CECs)and activated circulating vascular endothelial cells(aCECs)were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and neuron specific enolase(NSE)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of bone marrow suppression in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rhodiola macrophylla combined with thoracic thermal perfusion in the treatment of MPE of advanced lung cancer has a significant clinical effect.
