摘要
目的探讨自体微粒皮联合富血小板血浆(PRP)在深度烧伤患者肉芽创面移植中的应用价值。方法将128例深度烧伤创面基本对称的肉芽创面移植患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各64例。对照组给予自体微粒皮移植,治疗组给予自体微粒皮联合自体PRP移植。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的创面愈合优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后14、21 d,两组的VAS、VSS评分均低于术后7 d,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的创面/皮片血液灌流值高于对照组,上皮组织完全覆盖创面时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自体微粒皮联合PRP应用于深度烧伤患者肉芽创面移植术中,可提高创面愈合率,缩短住院时间,降低并发症总发生率。
Objective To explore the application value of autologous microparticle skin combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)on granulation wound transplantation in patients with deep burn.Methods A total of 128 patients with granulation wound transplantation with basically symmetrical deep burn wounds were divided into control group and treatment group by the random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given autologous microparticle skin transplantation,and the treatment group was given autologous microparticle skin combined with autologous PRP transplantation.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of wound healing in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 14 and 21 d after operation,the VAS and VSS scores in the two groups were lower than those at 7 d after operation,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The blood perfusion value of wound/skin in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the time of complete coverage of wound by epithelial tissue and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous microparticle skin combined with PRP applied to granulation wound transplantation in patients with deep burn can improve the wound healing rate,shorten the hospital stay and reduce the total incidence of complications.
