低频重复经颅磁刺激联合普拉克索对帕金森患者非运动症状及氧化应激指标的影响

Effects of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with pramipexole on non-motor symptoms and oxidative stress indexes in Parkinson's patients

目的探讨低频重复经颅磁刺激联合普拉克索对帕金森患者非运动症状及氧化应激指标的影响。方法将2018年3月至2020年3月收治的94例帕金森患者以抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组采用普拉克索治疗,观察组采用低频重复经颅磁刺激联合普拉克索治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的血清神经损伤因子水平、非运动症状变化情况及氧化应激指标水平。结果治疗后,观察组NSE、Cys-C及S100B水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组HAMD评分低于对照组,MMSE、MoCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组MDA、Hcy水平低于对照组,PON-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低频重复经颅磁刺激联合普拉克索治疗帕金森患者可促进血清神经损伤因子水平降低,有助于改善其非运动症状及氧化应激指标,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with pramipexole on non-motor symptoms and oxidative stress indexes in Parkinson's patients.Methods Ninety-four Parkinson's patients admitted from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group by lottery method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pramipexole,and the observation group was treated with low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with pramipexole.The serum nerve injury factors levels,changes of non-motor symptoms and oxidative stress indexes levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of NSE,Cys-C and S100B in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the HAMD score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MMSE and MoCA scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MDA and Hcy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of PON-1 was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson's patients can promote the reduction of serum nerve injury factors levels,contribute to improve their non-motor symptoms and oxidative stress indexes,which is worthy of promotion.
