喹硫平联合清幻灵对精神分裂症患者阴性症状及认知功能的影响

Effects of quetiapine combined with Qinghuanling on negative symptoms and cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨喹硫平联合清幻灵对精神分裂症患者阴性症状及认知功能的影响。方法选取我院24例男性住院患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组12例。两组均采用喹硫平治疗,研究组从第12天开始联合清幻灵治疗。比较两组不同时间点的PANSS评分、不同时间点的PANSS因子评分、检查指标异常数、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组脱落2例,对照组脱落1例。研究组治疗第6、8周的PANSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗第8周的认知因子评分低于对照组,治疗第6、8周的阴性因子评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组甘油三酯异常患者少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论喹硫平联合清幻灵治疗精神分裂症有助于改善患者的阴性症状及认知功能,且可避免喹硫平单用引起的甘油三脂异常。

Objective To investigate the effects of quetiapine combined with Qinghuanling on negative symptoms and cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods Twenty-four male inpatients in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 12 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with quetiapine,and the study group was combined with Qinghuanling from the 12th day.The PANSS score at different time points,PANSS factor score at different time points,the number of abnormal inspection indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Two cases fell off in the study group and one case in the control group.The PANSS scores of the study group at the 6th and 8th week of treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive factor score of the study group at the 8th week of treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the negative factor scores at the 6th and 8th week of treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The patients with abnormal triglyceride in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Quetiapine combined with Qinghuanling in the treatment of schizophrenia is helpful to improve the negative symptoms and cognitive function of patients,and it can avoid the abnormal triglyceride caused by quetiapine alone.
