围术期护理干预在微创血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血中的应用效果

Application effect of perioperative nursing intervention on minimally invasive hematoma removal in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨围术期护理干预在微创血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血(HICH)中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2020年6月于我院进行微创血肿清除术治疗的90例HICH患者,根据护理方式不同将其分为参照组与研究组,各45例。参照组接受常规护理干预,研究组接受围术期护理干预。比较两组患者的术后并发症发生情况、临床指标、预后情况。结果研究组的术后并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的术中出血量少于参照组,手术时间、住院时间均短于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的情绪功能、记忆功能、日常活动能力、运动能力评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理干预应用于微创血肿清除术治疗HICH中,能够保障手术效果,降低术后并发症发生率,利于患者康复,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative nursing intervention on minimally invasive hematoma removal in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods A total of 90 patients with HICH who underwent minimally invasive hematoma removal in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into reference group and study group according to different nursing methods,with 45 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received perioperative nursing intervention.The incidence of postoperative complications,clinical indexes and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the study group was less than that in the reference group,and the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of emotional function,memory function,daily activity ability and motor ability in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention applied to minimally invasive hematoma removal in the treatment of HICH can ensure the surgical effect,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and facilitate the rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
