极薄磨耗层在水泥桥面“白改黑”工程中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 由于结构承载、护栏标高以及铺装层铣刨深度的制约,水泥桥面“白改黑”工程改造一直是公路养护的一项难题。提出采用极薄磨耗层进行水泥桥面改造的技术方案,并对极薄磨耗层的路用性能及应用于水泥桥面“白改黑”工程中的施工工艺进行研究。室内性能试验研究结果表明,极薄磨耗层浸水马歇尔残留稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比均超过90%,车辙动稳定度达4786次/mm,水稳定性和高温稳定性均较好。工程应用效果表明,极薄磨耗层在水泥桥面“白改黑”工程中应用效果良好,路面抗滑、平整度、渗水系数等性能指标检测结果均满足要求。此外,工程中需重点关注桥面排水通道的设置。 Due to the constraints of structural bearing,guardrail elevation and milling depth of cement pavement bridge deck,the“white to black”reconstruction of cement bridge deck has always been a technical problem in highway maintenance.This paper proposed a technical scheme of cement bridge deck reconstruction by using the extremely thin friction course.In addi-tion,the road performance and construction technology are studied.The results of indoor performance test show that the resid-ual stability of immersion Marshall and the ratio of freeze-thaw splitting strength are all over 90.The rutting stability is 4786 times/mm,and the water stability and high temperature performance are all good.The engineering application results show that the application effect of the extremely thin friction course in the“white to black”project of cement bridge deck is good,and the test results of the performance indexes such as the skid resistance,flatness and water seepage of the pavement meet the requirements,however,it is necessary to pay attention to the setting of drainage channels on the bridge deck.
