张弦梁钢构桥施工技术研究与应用

摘要 厦门健康步道景观提升工程节点六桥梁采用张弦梁和悬索梁桥组成的混合体系结构,由加劲钢箱梁作为上弦,下部设置2根平行的密闭高钒索,中间以撑杆和吊缆相连,形成整体受力自平衡体系。节点六桥梁结构新颖,该桥梁跨越仙岳路交通主干道,交通组织压力大;撑杆及缆索为空间结构,定位困难,安装精度要求高、施工难度大。该桥采用“先梁后缆”的施工方法,先安装钢箱梁,再进行撑杆、密闭高钒索以及不锈钢吊索安装,最后进行体系转换。施工技术独具特色,可为类似桥梁施工提供借鉴。 The node six bridge of Xiamen Healthy Footpath Landscape Promotion Project adopts a hybrid system structure com-posed of a beam string and a suspension beam bridge,which is composed of a stiffened steel box girder as the upper chord,two parallel closed high vanadium cables are set at the lower part,and a whole force self balance system is formed by connecting the bracing rod and suspension cable in the middle.The structure of node six bridge is novel,crossing the main traffic road of Xianyue Road,and the traffic organization is under great pressure.The strut and cable are spatial structures,which are diffi-cult to locate,require high installation accuracy and difficult to construct.This bridge adopts the construction method of“first bridge,then cable”,first install the steel box girder,then install the stay bar,closed high vanadium cable and stainless steel sling,and finally transform the system.The construction technology is unique,so as to provide reference for similar bridge construction.
