青少年羽毛球培训的现状分析与对策探讨——以淮北市为例

Analysis of Current Situation and Countermeasures of Youth Badminton Training--Taking Huaibei City as an Example

以淮北市青少年羽毛球培训为切入点,运用文献资料法和调查法等方法,对青少年羽毛球培训现状进行研究.调查显示,培训市场虽在场馆设施、教练员资质和培训方法上渐趋成熟,但也存在明显的问题,如逐利性质明显;应试教育倾向严重;教练员水平参差不齐等,其根源在于青少年作为培训主体的中心地位没有确立.为明确培训主体,有效解决上述问题,建议:明确青少年羽毛球培训的理论依据;建设过硬的教练团队;积极有效地解决学训矛盾.

Taking the youth badminton training in Huaibei city as the breakthrough point,this paper studies the current situation of youth badminton training with the methodologies of literature reviewing and investiga⁃tion.As the survey shows,even though the training market becomes mature in terms of facilities,coaches′qualifications and training methodologies,problems could be easily found as well,e.g.profit-pursuing,strong⁃ly trend of exam-oriented and unequalled coaches′ability,etc.These problems exist mainly because central position of teenagers as the main body of training has not been established.In order to clarify the main body of training and solve these problems,we suggest to clarify the teenagers′training theory foundation and culti⁃vate qualified coach teams as well as solving athletes-coaches problem positively.
