摘要
随着近年来社会经济的迅速发展,城市化开发建设进程不断加快的同时也产生了一系列空间资源闲置浪费现象。“共享”作为新时代城市发展的主题之一,通过对闲置资源进行合理共享,是解决城市闲置空间资源问题的可行方法。本研究聚焦当下备受关注的民生问题之一“住宅”,以重庆市中心城区人口密度较大的商圈为例,通过大数据分析住宅租赁市场现状,剖析住宅闲置产生的原因,尝试提出以共享理念为核心的应对闲置空间问题的可行方案,从空间规划设计角度提出具体的应对策略。
With the rapid development of social economy and acceleration construction of urbanization in recent years,a series of idle waste space resources appear.As one of the themes of urban development in the new era,"sharing"is a feasible method to solve the problem of idle resources in urban space through reasonable sharing of idle resources.This research focuses on"housing",one of the most concerned livelihood issues at present,taking the densely populated business districts in downtown Chongqing as an example,by analyzing the current situation of the housing rental market through big data technology to analyze the causes of housing idleness,and try to put forward a feasible solution to the idle space problem with the concept of sharing as the core.From the perspective of spatial planning and design,specific countermeasures are put forward.
