摘要 以菠萝蜜胎萌果实的果肉为材料,研究胎萌对果实品质的影响。取6个品系菠萝蜜的胎萌果实果肉和正常果实果肉的5项品质指标进行比较,多数品系胎萌果实果肉中的可溶性固形物含量、抗坏血酸含量低于正常果肉,差异显著;可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和可滴定酸差异不显著。结果表明,胎萌对菠萝蜜果实的品质有较大影响,降低了其果实品质和口感。 In this paper,the effect of vivipary on fruit quality of jack fruit pulps was studied.Five fruit qualities of pulps of vivipary fruit six jackfruit lines and normal fruit were compared.The results showed that the content of soluble solids and vitamin C in vivipary fruits were significantly lower than that in normal fruits,whereas the contents of reducibility sugar,titratable acidity and soluble protein had no significant differences between vivipary and normal fruits.The result indicated that vivipary had influenced on the fruit qualities of jackfruit,which can decline the quality and flavor of jackfruit fruit.
