CBL与PBL教学法联合英语教学在骨科临床教学中的应用研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的研究CBL与PBL教学法联合英语教学在骨科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月来我院实习的66名临床医学学生,随机分为观察组33名和对照组33名,对照组学生采用传统单一PBL教学模式,观察组综合运用CBL与PBL教学法联合英语教学,观察两组同学不同教学方式之后的专业课程评分,统计学生满意度。结果两组学生在专业知识、临床分析能力、临床技能操作情况、病历书写情况等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意率为100.00%,对照组满意率为75.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科临床中对学生运用CBL与PBL教学法联合英语教学方法能够有效改善学生学习情况,提升学生学习满意度,可在临床推广。 Objective To study the application effect of Case-Based Learning(CBL)and Problem-Based Learning(PBL)method combined with English teaching in orthopedic clinical teaching.Methods A total of 66 clinical medicine students who came to our hospital for internship from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=33)and the control group(n=33).The students in the control group received the traditional teaching mode of PBL,while students in the observation group received CBL and PBL teaching method combined with English teaching.The scores in specialized courses of two groups of students after receiving different teaching methods were observed,and the degree of students'satisfaction was checked.Results There were statistically significant differences between the two group in terms of professional knowledge,clinical analysis ability,clinical skills operation and medical record writing(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate was 100.00%in the observation group and 75.76%in the control group,and there was statistically significant difference in overall satisfaction between the two groups of students(P<0.05).Conclusion In orthopedic clinical teaching,the application of CBL and PBL teaching method combined with English teaching method can effectively improve students'learning and increase students'learning satisfaction,which can be promoted in the clinic pra ctice.
