不同产后盆底康复治疗时机对产后盆底功能障碍患者盆底功能及尿失禁的影响

Analysis on the impacts of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation on pelvic floor function and urinary incontinence in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction

目的探究不同产后盆底康复治疗时机对产后盆底功能障碍患者盆底功能及其对尿失禁的影响。方法选取2020年1—6月惠东县人民医院收治的100例产后盆底功能障碍患者,根据不同康复方式分为两组,每组各50例。参照组按常规进度开展常规盆底肌训练,观察组进行早期综合康复治疗,对两组盆底功能改善效果、尿失禁改善效果、性生活质量改善效果、VAS评分进行对比。结果治疗后,观察组的盆底功能改善效果、尿失禁改善效果及性生活质量改善效果均优于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的VAS评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尽早进行盆底康复治疗是早期综合康复治疗的优势,也是促进产后盆底功能恢复和治疗尿失禁的有效方式,同时还能提高性生活质量,减轻性交时的疼痛感,提示早期综合康复治疗的疗效优于常规进度治疗。

Objective To investigate the impacts of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation on pelvic floor function and urinary incontinence in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 100 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to and treated in Huidong People's Hospital from January to June 2020 were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to different rehabilitation methods.The control group was treated with conventional pelvic floor muscle training according to the conventional progress,while the observation group was treated with early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.The improvement effects of pelvic floor function,urinary incontinence and quality of sexual life and VAS score should be compared.Results After treatment,the improvement effect of the pelvic floor function,improvement effect of urinary incontinence and improvement effect of quality of sexual life in the observation group were superior to those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Early access to pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment is the advantage of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,and it is also an effective way to promote the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor function and urinary incontinence.It can also improve the quality of sexual life and reduce the pain during sexual intercourse,and the efficacy of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment is greater than that of the convention al progress.
