臭氧关节腔注射配合针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效探究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨在患者关节腔中注射适量臭氧并联合针刺的方式进行膝关节骨性关节炎治疗的疗效。方法选择2019年2月至2020年2月在我院进行治疗的患者共计68例,按照随机分配的原则将其划分成对照组以及试验组,每组各34例。针对对照组患者采取臭氧关节腔注射的治疗方式,针对试验组患者采取在患者关节腔之中注射适量臭氧并联合针刺这一方式。在完成治疗之后对两组患者的膝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、骨关节炎指数评估量表评分(WOMAC)以及膝关节运动功能评分(LKS)等指标进行观察,并将其与治疗前的指标进行比较分析。结果治疗之后试验组患者在VAS、WOMAC方面的评分下降程度明显低于对照组,在LKS方面的评分提升程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在患者关节腔之中注射适量臭氧并联针刺这一方式具备较好的临床效果,值得大力推广。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of appropriate amount ozone intra-articular injection combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 68 patients treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=34)and the experimental group(n=34)according to the principle of random distribution.Patients in the control group were treated with ozone intra-articular injection,while those in the experimental group were treated with appropriate amount ozone intra-articular injection combined with acupuncture.After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)of knee pain,the western Ontario and McMaster universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)and Lysholmknee scale(LKS)of two groups of patients were observed,and they were compared with those before treatment.Results After treatment,the degree of score decreases of VAS and WOMAC aspects in patients of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in patients of the control group,while the degree of score increases of LKS in patients of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in patients of the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of appropriate amount ozone intra-articular injection combined with acupuncture has excellent therapeutic efficacy,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
