工娱治疗对长期住院精神分裂症稳定期患者社会功能的影响

Impacts of diversional therapy on social function of long-term inpatients with schizophrenia in stable stage

目的探讨工娱治疗对长期住院精神分裂症稳定期患者社会功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年1月佛山市第三人民医院收治的长期住院精神分裂症稳定期患者108例,根据护理干预方式不同分为观察组(n=58)与对照组(n=50)。对照组给予常规长期住院精神科护理,观察组给予工娱治疗,均干预3个月,比较两组干预前后社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分。结果干预后,两组SDSS、HAMA、HAMD、SCL-90评分各维度均低于干预前,且观察组SDSS评分、HAMA、HAMD、SCL-90评分各维度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论工娱治疗有利于长期住院精神分裂症稳定期患者提高患者社会功能、降低患者负性情绪,改善其敌对、偏激等心理状态。

Objective To investigate the impacts of diversional therapy on social function of long-term inpatients with schizophrenia in stable stage.Methods A total of 108 long-term inpatients with stable schizophrenia admitted to and treated in the Third People's Hospital of Foshan from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the nursing intervention methods,they were divided into the observation group(n=58)and the control group(n=50).The control group was treated with conventional long-term hospitalized psychiatric nursing,while the observation group was treated with diversional therapy,both with intervention for 3 months.Before and after intervention,the scores of social disability screening schedule(SDSS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)and self-reporting inventory(SCL-90)were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of SDSS,HAMA,HAMD and SCL-90 of the two groups decreased than before intervention in all dimensions.And the scores of SDSS,HAMA,HAMD and SCL-90 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in all dimensions(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversional therapy is beneficial to increase social function,reduce negative emotion and improve hostile and extreme psychological state of long-term hospitalized schizophrenic patients in stable stage.
