成都市三甲医院手术室护士术中腹腔热灌注化疗的知识与防护行为的相关性研究

A study on the correlation between knowledge and protective behaviors of intra-operative hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy among operating room nurses of the grade-A tertiary hospitals in Chengdu

目的了解成都市三甲医院手术室护士术中腹腔热灌注化疗的知识和防护行为现状及两者的相关性。方法采用自行设计的手术室护士术中腹腔热灌注化疗的知识和防护行为调查问卷,于2018年6—12月调查成都市三所三甲医院100名手术室护士。结果成都市三甲医院手术室护士术中腹腔热灌注化疗知识得分为(12.18±4.91)分,得分率处于差水平;防护行为总分为(26.35±9.65)分,得分率处于中等水平,其中配置化疗药物的防护行为得分(15.35±4.90)分、术中使用化疗药物时的防护行为得分为(6.89±4.74)分、化疗药物意外暴露的应急处理行为得分(4.11±1.68)分。Pearson相关性分析显示,手术室护士术中腹腔热灌注化疗防护行为总分与知识得分呈正相关(r=0.586,P<0.01)。结论手术室护士术中腹腔热灌注化疗的知识和防护行为水平都有待于进一步提高,有关人员可通过各种形式的培训方式,帮助护士掌握术中腹腔热灌注化疗的知识,从而进一步改善化疗防护行为。

Objective To understand the knowledge and protective behaviors of intra-operative hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy among operating room nurses of the grade-A tertiary hospitals in Chengdu,and the correlation between the two.Methods A self-designed questionnaire on the knowledge and protective behaviors of intra-operative hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy for operating room nurses was used to investigate 100 operating room nurses in three grade-A tertiary hospitals in Chengdu from June to December 2018.Results The operating room nurses of Chengdu's grade-A tertiary hospitals scored(12.18±4.91)points in the knowledge of intra-operative hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy,and the score rate was at a poor level;the total score of protective behaviors was(26.35±9.65)points,and the score rate was at a medium level.The protective behavior score of chemotherapeutic drugs allocation was(15.35±4.90)points,the protective behavior score of intraoperative chemotherapy drugs use was(6.89±4.74)points,and the emergency response behavior scores of accidental exposure of chemotherapy drugs were(4.11±1.68)points.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of protective behavior of intra-operative hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy among operating room nurses was positively correlated with the knowledge score(r=0.586,P<0.01).Conclusion The knowledge and protective behaviors of intra-operative hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy among operating room nurses need to be further improved.Relevant personnel shall use various forms of training to help nurses master the knowledge of intra-operative hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy,so as to further imp rove chemotherapy protection behavior.
