情景模拟教学在心肺复苏临床技能课中的应用研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟教学方法在临床技能课的心肺复苏中应用效果及评价反馈。方法选取2019年3—7月天津医科大学临床医学系本科大四三个班共计88名学生作为研究对象,全体接受传统理论知识讲授后,每班抽取5人为参与组共计15名完成情景案例的演出,其余为观摩组共计73名观看情景案例,课后发放问卷88份并收回,比较两组临床技能10项考核成绩。结果两组学生CPR操作成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷统计结果多数学生更愿意采用的授课模式为情景模拟教学(53.41%)和案例教学(46.59%),学生们对本次课程总体满意度较高(98.86%)。结论情景模拟教学中参与演出组的学生比观摩组学生的CPR成绩更高,学生们更愿意接受此模式的教学方法,教学效果优于传统教学。 Objective To investigate the application effect and evaluation feedback of the scenario simulation teaching in the clinical skills class of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods A total of 88 senior students from three classes admitted to the Clinical Medicine School of Tianjin Medical University from March to July 2019 were selected as the study subjects.After all students received the lecture on traditional theoretical knowledge,5 students from each class were selected as the participating group for a total of 15 students to complete the performance of the scenario cases,and the remaining 73 students were selected as the observation group to watch the performance of scenario cases.After the classes,88 questionnaires were distributed and returned,and the scores of the ten clinical skills were compared between the two groups.Results There was statistically significant difference between the two groups in the CPR operation scores(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the survey results showed that the majority of students preferred the teaching modes of scenario simulation teaching(53.41%)and case-based teaching(46.59%).In addition,students were generally satisfied with this course,with a satisfaction rate of 98.86%.Conclusion In the scenario simulation teaching,students in the participating group had higher CPR scores than those in the observation group.Students are more willing to accept the mode of the scenario simulation teaching,which had a better teaching effect than traditional teaching.
