H型高血压与脑梗死复发率的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between H-type hypertension and recurrence rate of cerebral infarction

目的探讨H型高血压与脑梗死复发率的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月因脑梗死合并高血压来南宁市第三人民医院接受治疗的110例患者为研究对象,依据其半胱氨酸水平分为研究组(H型高血压脑梗死,61例)与对照组(非H型高血压脑梗死,49例)。检测并比较两组的血脂、颈动脉斑块数、同型半胱氨酸水平以及两组脑梗死病情复发情况。结果两组血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较研究组颈动脉粥样斑块发生率以及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平均较高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组脑梗死复发率较高(P<0.05)。结论H型高血压患者脑梗死发生率较高,应引起临床工作者的高度重视,以便采取及时、有效的干预措施,改善患者预后。

Objective To investigate the correlation between H-type hypertension and recurrence rate of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 110 patients who came to the Third People's Hospital of Nanjing for treatment of cerebral infarction combined with hypertension from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group(H-type hypertensive cerebral infarction,n=61)and the control group(non-H-type hypertensive cerebral infarction,n=49)according to their cysteine levels.Blood lipids,number of carotid plaques,homocysteine(Hcy)levels and recurrence of cerebral infarction in the two groups were measured and compared.Results There were no significant differences in serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of carotid plaque and Hcy levels in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of cerebral infarction was higher in the study group compared with the control group.The recurrence rate of cerebral infarction in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of cerebral infarction in patients with H-type hypertension is high,and clinicians should pay a lot attention to it in order to take timely and effective interventions to improve the prognosis of patients.
