复方氯己定含漱液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的应用

Application analysis of compound chlorhexidine gargle in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer

目的分析复发性口腔溃疡患者应用复方氯己定含漱液治疗的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2020年10月在嘉应学院医学院附属医院口腔中心治疗的60例复发性口腔溃疡患者,根据患者的不同治疗方法将其分成两组,每组各30例。对照组常规方式进行治疗,试验组在此基础上应用复方氯己定含漱液进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效、平均溃疡期、溃疡面积及治疗前后疼痛评分。结果试验组治疗有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,试验组平均溃疡期低于对照组,且试验组溃疡面积小于对照组;治疗前两组疼痛评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复发性口腔溃疡患者在常规治疗基础上联合复方氯己定含漱液治疗,效果显著,可明显缩短溃疡持续时间,缩小溃疡面积,还可有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,提升整体治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of compound chlorhexidine gargle in the treatment of patients with recurrent oral ulcer.Methods A total of 60 patients with recurrent oral ulcer treated in the Stomatological Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Jiaying University from January 2017 to October 2020 were selected and they were divided into the control group(n=30)and the experimental group(n=30)according to different treatment methods.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the experimental group was given compound chlorhexidine gargle on the basis of the above treatment.The clinical efficacy,average ulcer period,ulcer area and pain scores before and after treatment between teo groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group.The average ulcer period of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the ulcer area of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with recurrent oral ulcer were treated with compound chlorhexidine gargle on the basis of conventional treatment.The efficacy is remarkable,which can obviously shorten the duration of ulcer,reduce the area of ulcer,effectively relieve the pain of patients and improve the overall therapeutic efficacy.
