摘要
目的分析尿毒症患者应用高通量血液透析治疗方案与常规血液透析治疗方案所产生的效果。方法选取2018年9月至2020年9月佛山市南海区人民医院收治的90例尿毒症患者临床资料进行回顾研究,并依据治疗方法不同分成两组,对照组采用常规血液透析治疗方案,观察组采用高通量血液透析治疗方案,比较治疗后两组总有效率、各炎性标志指标、肾功能指标及并发症发生率。结果观察组的总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、半胱氨酸(HCY)及血清降钙素原(PCT)的水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)以及β_(2)微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率为2.22%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规血液透析治疗方案相比,尿毒症患者采用高通量血液透析方案能够更好地改善患者肾功能,使炎性反应能够得到更好的控制,从而更好的提升疗效,且能够减少治疗过程中的并发症,应予以推广。
Objective To analyze the effects of applying high-flux hemodialysis treatment protocol and conventional hemodialysis treatment protocol in uremic patients.Methods During the period from September 2018 to September 2020,the clinical materials of 90 patients with uremia admitted to People's Hospital of Nanhai District in Foshan City were selected for a retrospective study,and the patients were grouped according to different treatment methods and divided into two groups.The control group using conventional hemodialysis treatment protocol,while the observation group adopting high-flux hemodialysis treatment protocol.The overall effective rates,inflammatory markers,renal function indexes and complication rates of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results The overall effective rate(95.56%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(HCY)and serum procalcitonin(PCT)after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)andβ_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total complication rate(2.22%)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional hemodialysis treatment protocol,the application of high-flux hemodialysis for uremic patients can better improve the renal function of patients and enable better control of inflammatory reactions,thus better improving the efficacy and reducing the complications during the treatment pr ocess,which should be promoted.
