风力机防除冰系统研究综述

摘要 风能作为一种可再生的清洁能源,其应用范围逐步扩大。然而丰富的风力资源基本分布在高寒地带与湿度较大的沿海地区,机组部件极易受到低温高湿的覆冰影响,因此研究有关风力机组防除冰系统具有重要意义。本文通过对现有的风机叶片覆冰探测技术和除冰技术的研究和总结,可以为智能化探测除冰系统的发展方向提供诸多参考。通过大数据将风场中的每台风机所收集到的数据进行综合分析,以节省除冰所需要的人力。对目前风力机叶片防除冰与探测技术的主流方法进行了分析评价,重点介绍了基于冰自身电学特性的探测技术与热能除冰系统的研究与发展现状,并对未来风机机组的智能防除冰综合系统发展提出了相关研究重点与发展方向。 As a renewable clean energy,wind energy has been widely used.However,abundant wind resources are mainly distributed in the high-cold zone and the coastal area with high humidity,and the unit components are easily affected by low temperature and high humidity icing.Based on the existing fan blade icing detection technology and de-icing technology research and summary,can provide a lot of reference for intelligent detection de-icing system.The data collected from each fan in the wind field are analyzed comprehensively by big data to save the manpower needed for de-icing.The main methods of anti-icing and detection technology for wind turbine blades are analyzed and evaluated,and the research and development status of detection technology and thermal deicing system based on the electrical characteristics of ice are mainly introduced,the research emphases and Development Direction of the intelligent Anti-Deicing system of Fan Unit in the future are put forward.
