摘要
当前,在知识经济时代的环境下,人才的重要性日渐凸显,也成为了企业核心竞争力的关键构成要素,所以加强人才的培养至关重要。对于企业而言,培训是提升员工业务能力的重要途径,很多企业虽然开展了员工培训,但是大都只是走形式,未对培训的效果进行把握,而且培训的内容也未进行更新。在这种情况下,将难以确保培训的效果。基于此,本文结合C企业实际情况,对企业员工培训的问题与对策做出了分析。
At present,in the environment of the knowledge economy era,the importance of talents has become increasingly prominent and has become a key component of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the training of talents.For companies,training is an important way to improve the business capabilities of employees.Although many companies have carried out employee training,most of them are just formal,failing to grasp the effect of training,and the content of training has not been updated.In this case,it will be difficult to ensure the effectiveness of the training.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures of enterprise employee training based on the actual situation of C enterprise.
