宁波、武汉两市物流企业劳动关系比较研究

A Comparative Study on Labor Relations of Logistics Enterprises in Ningbo and Wuhan

宁波、武汉两市分别是我国东部与中部物流业发展较快的城市,通过对两市物流企业劳动关系的调查,分析不同地域员工劳动权益的差异性,发现宁波物流企业员工的劳动关系整体满意度低于武汉企业。在工资、劳动合同的覆盖率与约定期限、员工培训情况、员工对工会的知晓度、工会组织在企业内的活跃度方面,宁波员工的劳动权益保护水平要高于武汉企业;在员工的加班概率与时长、享受的福利待遇、接受各类培训的比例、工会参与度、劳动争议及其员工应对措施方面,武汉企业员工的权益保护水平要高于宁波企业。在物流业发展较快的地区,员工的劳动权益保护水平较低,政府劳动关系管理部门与企业管理者应积极完善物流企业的劳动关系。

Ningbo and Wuhan cities belong to the areas with rapid development of logistics industry in the eastern and central China.Through the investigation of labor relations of logistics enterprises in the two cities,the differences of labor rights and interests of employees in different regions are analyzed.It is found that the overall satisfaction of labor relations of Ningbo logistics enterprises is lower than that of Wuhan.In terms of wages,coverage rate and agreed period of labor contracts,coverage rate of employee training,awareness of labor union and activity of trade unions,Ningbo employees have higher protection level of labor rights and interests than Wuhan.In terms of overtime probability and hours,welfare benefits,proportion of training,coverage rate of trade union members,labor disputes and staff response measures,the protection of Wuhan employees'rights and interests is higher than those of Ningbo.The above conclusion means that in the areas where the logistics industry develops faster,the level of labor rights protection of employees is lower.There is a big room for improvement in the labor relations of logistics enterprises,which deserves the attention of the government labor relations management departments and enterprise managers.
