Data investigation and analysis of air purification system in laminar flow clean ward

目的对层流洁净病房空气净化系统自检调查结果进行分析,确保医院层流洁净病房稳定。方法2019年12月参照《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》(GB50333-2013)对广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院造血干细胞移植中心的层流洁净病房进行空气洁净度、平均风速值和换气次数、温湿度和静压差采样和检测。结果未能严格执行操作规程,1间百级层流洁净室平均风速值不达标;万级层流洁区域含尘浓度、换气次数、温湿度均超标。结论重视层流洁净病房空气洁净系统定期检测,有利于及时发现问题并进行追踪整改,确保检测结果符合相关标准要求。

Objective To analyze the results of self-inspection of air purification system in laminar flow clean ward and ensure the stability of laminar flow clean ward in the hospital.Methods With reference to the Architectural Technical Code for Hospital Clean Operating Department(GB50333-2013),the air cleanliness,average wind velocity and number of air changes,temperature and humidity and differential static pressure were sampled and tested in the laminar flow clean ward of the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Center of the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in December 2019.Results The operating procedures were not strictly implemented,and the average wind velocity of one 100-level laminar flow clean ward did not meet the standard.Meanwhile,the dust concentration,the number of air changes and temperature and humidity in the 10000-level laminar flow clean area all exceeded the standard.Conclusion Paying attention to the regular testing of air cleanliness system in laminar flow clean ward is helpful for timely detection of problems and follow-up rectifications to ensure that the testing results meet the requirements of relevant standards.
