克罗恩病中外研究进展综述

A review of Crohn's disease research progress in China and abroad

克罗恩病(CD)是一种病因不明、慢性、非特异性、自身免疫性肠道炎性疾病,属于炎症性肠病(IBD)的一种,常反复发作,迁延不愈,严重降低了患者的生活质量。本病在欧美白人中发病率高,但近年来在我国的发病率呈不断增长趋势。本文通过对相关文献进行复习和总结,探讨CD的发病特点及临床症状、可能病因及发病机制、诊断、治疗及预后,以加深对其理解,引起人们的重视。

Crohn's disease(CD)is a chronic,non-specific,autoimmune inflammatory disease of the intestine of unknown etiology,which is one type of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).It is characterized by recurrent and prolonged outbreaks,and seriously reduces the quality of life of patients.The disease has a high prevalence in European and American whites,however,its incidence in China has been increasing in recent years.In this paper,the author will review and summarize the relevant literature to discuss the pathogenetic characteristics and clinical symptoms,possible etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of Crohn's disease so as to deepen understanding and draw public attention.
