摘要
肝癌占我国恶性肿瘤死亡原因的第二位,仅次于肺癌。近年来,随着微创技术的发展,消融技术在肿瘤中的应用也越来越广泛,尤其是在肺癌、肝癌方面,其包括射频消融、激光消融、微波消融、冷冻消融、高能聚集超声等。本文将从多种物理消融的原理、临床应用、并发症等方面结合相关文献进行综述,包括临床应用以及各种并发症的发生率,向大家介绍关于肝癌物理治疗的最新进展,期望在临床上可以提供一定的参考。
Liver cancer accounts for the second cause of death from malignant tumors in China,second only to lung cancer.In recent years,with the development of minimally invasive technology,ablation techniques have been increasingly widely used in tumors,especially in lung cancer and liver cancer,which includes radiofrequency ablation,laser ablation,microwave ablation,cryoablation,high-energy aggregated ultrasound,etc.In this paper,the principles,clinical applications and complications of various physical ablations,as well as their clinical applications and incidence of various complications will be reviewed in combination with related literature,and the latest progress about physical therapy of liver cancer will be introduced,expecting that it can provide some reference in clinical practice.
