慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗中责任制护理的效果

Effect of primary nursing in non-invasive ventilator therapy for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with respiratory failure

目的观察在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗过程中责任制护理的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院急诊内科收治的接受无创呼吸机治疗的COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者92例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各46例,对照组患者予以常规护理干预,观察组患者予以责任制护理,比较干预前后两组患者血气指标及症状缓解时间。结果两组干预前血气指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组干预后的血气指标明显优于干预前,观察组干预后的血气指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的气促、咳嗽、咳痰症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者采用无创呼吸机治疗期间联合责任制护理干预,可有效改善患者的血气指标,缩短患者的临床症状缓解时间,值得推广。

Objective To observe the application effect of primary nursing during non-invasive ventilator therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)combined with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 92 patients with COPD combined with respiratory failure who received non-invasive ventilator therapy in the Department of Emergency Internal Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected.These patients were divided into in the observation group and the control group by using the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing intervention,while those in the observation group were given primary nursing.The blood gas indices and symptom remission time of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were compared.Results There was no difference between the blood gas indices of the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The blood gas indices of the two groups after the intervention were significantly better than those before the intervention,and the blood gas indices of the observation group after the intervention were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of shortness of breath,cough and sputum in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with COPD combined with respiratory failure,the application of primary nursing intervention during non-invasive ventilator therapy can effectively improve the blood gas indices of patients,and can effectively reduce time of remit the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
