浮针联合小针刀、玻璃酸钠治疗对膝关节骨性关节炎患者炎症因子及关节功能的影响

Impacts of floating needle combined with small needle knife and sodium hyaluronate on inflammatory factors and joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨浮针联合小针刀、玻璃酸钠治疗对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者炎症因子及关节功能的影响。方法选取2020年1—12月潮州市湘桥区中医医院KOA患者100例,依据随机数字表法分为常治组(n=50)和浮针组(n=50)。常治组给予小针刀+玻璃酸钠治疗治疗,浮针组在此基础上给予浮针治疗,比较两组病情[西大略湖和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数量表(WOMAC)]、炎症因子[白介素1β(IL-1β)、白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、关节功能、不良反应。结果常治组和浮针组治疗后IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α和WOMAC评分明显低于治疗前,浮针组治疗后IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α和WOMAC评分明显低于常治组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);浮针组关节功能优良率明显高于常治组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常治组和浮针组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论浮针联合小针刀、玻璃酸钠治疗可改善KOA患者病情及炎症,改善患者关节功能,且安全性好。

Objective To investigate the impacts of floating needle combined with small needle knife and sodium hyaluronate on inflammatory factors and joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 100 patients with KOA admitted to Xiangqiao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chaozhou City from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into the conventional treatment group(n=50)and the floating needle group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The conventional treatment group was treated with small needle knife combined with sodium hyaluronate,while the floating needle group was treated with floating needle on the basis of the above group.The condition of the two groups[Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)],inflammatory factors[interleukin 1β(IL-1β),interleukin 6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],joint function and adverse reactions(ARs)were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αand WOMAC in the conventional treatment group and t he floating needle group were significantly lower than those before treatment.After treatment,the scores of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αand WOMAC in the floating needle group were significantly lower than those in the conventional treatment group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of joint function in the floating needle group was significantly higher than that in the conventional treatment group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the ARs rate between the conventional treatm ent group and the floating needle group(P>0.05).Conclusion Floating needle combined with small needle knife and sodium hyaluronate can improve the condition and inflammation of patients with KOA,and improve the joint fu nction of patients,with good safety.
