下肢深静脉血栓形成合并下腔静脉畸形1例

A case with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis combined with inferior vena cava malformation

下腔静脉畸形是一种罕见的先天性异常疾病,近年来被认为与下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)密切相关,本文报道1例下肢深静脉血栓形成合并下腔静脉畸形的临床特点及诊疗过程,并结合相关文献,探讨其发病原因及治疗方案。对于缺乏典型危险因素,反复发生双侧DVT的年轻患者,要考虑下腔静脉畸形的可能,以进行早期干预,制订个体化的治疗方案。

Inferior vena cava malformation is a rare congenital anomaly,which is considered to be closely related to lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in recent years.This paper reports the clinical features and diagnosis and treatment process of a case with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis combined with inferior vena cava malformation,and discusses the causes and treatment protocol with related literature.For young patients with absence of typical risk factors and recurrent bilateral DVT,the possibility of inferior vena cava malformation should be considered in order to apply early intervention and individualized treatment protocol.
