内装电路压电加速度传感器(Piezoelectric Accelerometers with Integral Electronics)简称IEPE电路。它是将压电传感器PE与电路部分整合成一体,主要用在振动检测领域。本设计方案解决了振动传感器单一指标先进,但整体指标难以满足的问题。该振动传感器整合了超低噪声、宽动态频率响应范围、宽工作温度范围,达到了国际先进水平。

The internal circuit voltage and electric speed sensor(Piezoelectric Accelerometers with Integral Electronics)is referred to as the IEPE circuit.As an integral part of piezoelectric sensor PE and circuit,it is mainly used in vibration detection.This design solves the problem that the single index of vibration sensor is advanced,but the whole index is difficult to meet.The vibration sensor integrates ultra-low noise,wide dynamic frequency response range,wide operating temperature range,and reaches the international advanced level.
