电池充放电测试仪的校准方法研究

电池的使用必须注意维护,否则可能导致电池性能降低,甚至可能导致安全问题的出现。电池充放电测试仪的功能能够对电池的充放电性能进行及时检测,而电池充放电测试仪的校准会影响到其功能的发挥。鉴于此,笔者在本文中就充放电测试仪充放电电压、充电电流和放电电流的现场校准方法进行了分析和探讨。最后,对智能测试系统在电池充放电测试仪中的应用进行了探究。

The use of the battery must pay attention to maintenance,otherwise it may cause the performance of the battery to decrease,and may even lead to the emergence of safety problems.The function of the battery charge and discharge tester can detect the charge and discharge performance of the battery in time,and the calibration of the battery charge and discharge tester will affect its function.In view of this,the author analyzes and discusses the on-site calibration methods of charge and discharge voltage,charge current and discharge current of the charge and discharge tester in this article.Finally,the application of the intelligent test system in the battery charge and discharge tester is explored.
