摘要
目的研究鹿角胶对SD大鼠勃起功能和NO/cGMP通路的影响。方法将20只2月龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(C)和鹿角胶组(D),D组大鼠用鹿角胶溶液进行灌胃,C组大鼠用超纯水灌胃,每日1次,干预4周。每周称量体重,评价体重变化情况。4周后,用阿扑吗啡诱导大鼠勃起反应,以评价其勃起功能。取阴茎组织检测NO、cGMP和睾酮浓度,并分析sGC和PKG的蛋白含量。结果D组大鼠体重逐渐小于C组,到第3、4周后,两组体重产生了显著差别(P<0.05)。D组的勃起潜伏期较C组显著缩短(P<0.05),且D组勃起次数较C组增加(P<0.05)。D组NO浓度有高于C组的趋势(P=0.13),且D组cGMP浓度显著高于C组(P<0.05)。两组睾酮浓度无明显差别(P>0.05)。两组sGC和PKG的蛋白含量无显著差别(P>0.05)。结论鹿角胶可能通过调节NO/cGMP通路而提高SD大鼠勃起功能。
Objective To study the effects of Deer antler glue on erectile function and the NO/cGMP signaling pathway in SD rats.Methods Twenty 2-month-old male SD rats were randomly divided into the Control group(C)and the Deer antler glue group(D).Rats in group D were given Deer antler glue solution by gavage once a day for 4 weeks,while rats in group C were given ultrapure water.Weight was measured every week to evaluate the change of body weight.After 4 weeks,the erectile response was induced by apomorphine to evaluate its erectile function.The concentrations of NO,cGMP and testosterone in corpus cavernosum were detected,and the protein contents of sGC and PKG were analyzed.Results The weight of rats in group D was gradually smaller than that in group C.After 3 and 4 weeks,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The erectile latency of group D was significantly shorter than that of group C(P<0.05),and the number of erection of group D was also increased(P<0.05).The NO concentrations of Group D had a trend higher than group C(P=0.13),and the cGMP concentration in group D was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in testosterone concentration between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the protein content of sGC and PKG between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Deer antler glue may improve erectile function of SD rats by regulating the NO/cGMP signaling pathway.
