中药药浴的研究进展

中药药浴法是中医传统外治法之一,主要是通过药物与皮肤的直接接触,使药物的有效成分能够直达肌腠经络,从而达到用外治药物治疗疾病的作用;温热效应等物理刺激与中药有效成分的吸收是药浴发挥内病外治作用的基础。中药药浴法的组方遵循中医辨证论治原则,其在皮肤病、类风湿病等方面发挥独特疗效,另外,中药药浴法亦可作为多种内科病的辅助治疗手段,发挥治疗及保健的多重功效。文章对中药药浴法的历史沿革、临床使用、发展前景进行综述,以期为其深入研究和临床合理运用提供参考。

Chinese herbal bath therapy is one of the traditional external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),mainly through the direct contact between the drug and the skin.The effective components of the medicine can directly reach the striae and Meridian.It can achieve the effect of treating diseases with external medicine.The physical stimulation such as warming-heat effect are the basis for it.The formulation of TCM bath method follows the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment.It has a unique effect on skin diseases and rheumatoid diseases.In addition,Chinese Herbal bath therapy can also be used as an adjunctive treatment method,so as to a variety of internal diseases.And it makes multiple effects in treatment and health care.In this paper,the historical evolution,clinical application and development prospect of the Chinese Herbal bath therapy were reviewed,in order to provide reference for its in-depth research and rational clinical application.
