基于癌毒理论的肠癌患者舌诊特点探讨

Exploration on the characteristics of tongue diagnosis in patients with colorectal cancer based on cancer toxicity theory

肠癌发病率逐年升高,中医药已成为治疗肠癌的重要手段之一。癌毒理论是国医大师周仲瑛教授根据多年临床经验提出的创新性病机理论,为中医治疗恶性肿瘤提供了新的视角。舌诊是中医诊病的重要依据之一,为肠癌患者的诊治发挥了重要作用。文章论述了不同证型和临床分期肠癌患者的舌象、舌下络脉特征,肠癌、癌前病变患者舌象与理化指标相关性,肠癌患者治疗前后舌象对比及其与癌毒理论的关系,旨在为肠癌患者的临床诊疗提供理论依据。

The incidence of colorectal cancer is increasing year by year,and traditional Chinese medicine has become one of the important methods to treat colorectal cancer.The theory of cancer toxicity is an innovative pathogenesis theory put forward by Professor Zhou Zhongying,a master of Chinese medicine,based on years of clinical experience,which provides a new perspective for the treatment of malignant tumors by traditional Chinese medicine.Tongue diagnosis is one of the important basis of TCM diagnosis and plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer patients.In order to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer patients,this paper discussed the tongue image and the characteristics of sublingual colorectum of colorectal cancer patients with different syndromes and clinical stages,the correlation between tongue image and physical and chemical indexes of colorectal cancer patients and precancerous lesions,the comparison of tongue image before and after treatment of colorectal cancer patients and the relationship between tongue image and cancer toxicity theory.
