为贯彻“管住现场为主”的安全理念,分析了安全管理中存在的问题和短板,强化了问题导向和目标导向,建立了统一的作业计划管理流程。从安全管理信息化、自动化的角度,通过完善工作标准、规范管控流程、强化安措执行,借助“互联网+”理念,建立了电网安全风险管控平台,实现了作业安全可视化、智能化管控,提升了作业现场安全风险精准管控水平。

In order to implement the safety concept of"onsite control as top priority",the analysis is seriously performed on the problems and shortcomings in safety management,with emphasis on the problemoriented and goal-oriented approach,based on which a unified operation plan management process is established.From the perspectives of informatiotization and automatization of safety management,through the improvement of work standards,standardization of management and control processes and strengthened implementation of safety measures,and with the help of"Internet Plus"concept,a power grid safety risk management platform is built,which realizes the visualized and intelligent management and control in work safety and enhances the level of precise management and control of onsite safety risks.
