水电站检修场所职业病危害因素调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 分类别对水电站检修过程中现场的职业病危害因素进行调查、识别、检测和分析。结果表明,防腐车间噪声、其他粉尘、氧化锌超标,可进一步通过优化管理措施来缩短接触时长;主厂房噪声、电焊烟尘、二氧化锰超标,可通过优化局部通风系统、增加移动式通风除尘设备和合理安排气刨作业面来改善。 The occupational hazards presenting during the onsite maintenance of hydropower stations are categorizedly investigated,identified,detected and analyzed.It is shown that improvements may be made by optimizing management measures to shorten exposure time so as to deal with problem of noise level,dusts and zinc oxide in excess of their standard limits in anti-corrosion workshop.While the conditions that noise level,welding dust and manganese dioxide concentration are in excess of their standard limits in the main plant building can be improved by optimizing the local ventilation system,adding mobile ventilation and dust removal equipment and rationally arranging air gouging working area.
