摘要
电力系统在发生故障时,存在由于合闸脉冲脉宽过长或合闸接点黏连等情况下造成断路器多次分合的现象。为了确保断路器处于分闸位置,保护厂家和开关厂家分别设计了操作箱防跳和开关防跳解决该问题。以某地区220 kV变电站2018线防跳失效为案例,介绍了防跳回路,阐述了操作箱防跳回路失效的原因,并结合相关规程规范和工作实际给出整改技术措施,最后列出了断路器防跳回路的试验方法。
Once the power system breaks down,there exists a phenomenon of repeated openings and closings of circuit breaker due to the excessive length of pulse width of closing pulse or the adhesion of closing nodes.In order to ensure that the breaker is in the opening position,the relay protection manufacturer and the breaker manufacturer have designed an anti-tripping operation box and a breaker anti-tripping mechanism respectively to solve this problem.Taking the anti-trip failure in the 2018 line of a 220 kV substation in a certain region as an example,the paper introduces an anti-trip circuit and elaborates the causes of failure in the anti-trip circuit of an operation box,and in combination with the relevant regulations,specifications and practical work,presents the technical improvement measures,finally,provides the test methods on anti-trip circuit of breakers.
