摘要
以天津范庄村220 kV新一代智能变电站为例,基于智能变电站三层两网通信结构的特点,研究了SV通信的要求和技术方案,提出了SV通信异常分类方式,分析了SV通信异常对二次系统造成的影响、异常判定的方法和处理方案,并通过工程实践加以验证,取得了较好的效果。
Taking the 220 kV intelligent substation of Fanzhuang Village in Tianjin as an example,based on the characteristics of its three-layer and two-network communication structure,studies are performed on the requirements and technical scheme of SV communication,a classification scheme is proposed in view of SV communication anomalies,and analysis is conducted on the impact of SV communication anomalies on the secondary system,the anomaly judgment method and treatment scheme,the good effectiveness of which is verified through engineering practice.
