摘要
“好教师”是新时期全社会对教师队伍建设的整体性期待。为了解“好教师”的基本特质,以2010—2019年间获得“全国教书育人楷模”荣誉称号的101位教师为例,采取扎根理论的三级编码分析策略,对32万余字实证资料进行了分析。研究表明,“好教师”的基本特质表现为寓教育于生命、实践探索与创新、终身学习与发展和勇担社会责任四个方面。新时期,应对各级各类教育涌现出的“好教师”进行评选和表彰,促进尊师重教局面的形成;以“好教师”基本特质为标准,树立学习榜样;以“好教师”的成长规律为依据,为“好教师”营造良好的成长环境。
The“good teacher”is the whole expectation of the whole society for the cultivation of the teaching staff in the new period.Taking 101 teachers honored as“national models in teaching and education”from 2010 to 2019 as examples,this paper analyzes the empirical data of more than 320,000 characters by adopting the three-level coding analysis strategy based on the grounded theory.As shown in the research,the basic qualities of“good teachers”are embodied in four aspects:the integration of education into life,the practice in exploration and innovation,the implementation of lifelong learning and development,and the brave acceptance of social responsibility.In the new era,efforts should be made to select and commend“good teachers”emerging from all levels and all kinds of education so as to promote the formation of the atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education,to set up the learning models in line with the standard of basic qualities of“good teachers”,and to create a good environment for“good teachers”based on the growth rules of“good teachers”.
