数字化背景下湖州转换创新驱动动能的对策

Based on the Perspective of Innovation Driven Transformation Kinetic Energy under the Digital Background

湖州在实施创新驱动发展战略过程中,创新驱动发展存在全面性不足、缺乏发展模式创新、行动力偏弱等问题。论文比对了京沪粤苏四省市创新驱动发展模式,指出了湖州创新驱动发展存在的差距,提出湖州要在数字化转型背景下,政府、企业以及生态圈应该多方合力,通过催生创新驱动发展模式进一步转换新动能。

In the process of implementing the innovation driven development strategy in Huzhou,due to the long-term influence of the traditional development mode,the economic transformation and upgrading will inevitably face problems and challenges from technology,system or society,which makes Huzhou's innovation driven development lack of comprehensiveness,lack of development mode innovation,weak action.This paper compares the innovation driven development model of Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces,points out the gap of Huzhou's innovation driven development,and puts forward that in the context of digital transformation,the government,enterprises and the ecosystem should work together to further transform the new kinetic energy by promoting the innovation driven development model.
