原材料价格对路桥工程造价的影响与风险控制研究

桥梁道路施工最大的特点是工程量庞大,施工周期往往会耗费较长的时间,材料价格发生变化的可能性较大,出现波动是很正常的现象。本文以青海省西宁至互助改扩建高速路桥施工为例,就原材料价格对路桥工程造价的影响与风险控制进行了研究,结果表明,材料价格增加对路桥造价的影响有材料供应不足会影响施工进度,路桥工程造价增加及投资估算不可预见,影响设计概算及造价准确性。
