八字S轨迹无碳小车的设计结构和发车影响因素

摘要 根据全国大学生工程综合能力训练大赛中对势能驱动车赛项的要求,我们设计了一款仅有重力驱动的无碳小车,运用机械原理中解析法对凸轮进行设计,从动件采用摆动从动件和直动从动件并对比了不同从动件结构的优劣。实物小车在赛前的多次实验、Solidworks motion分析和赛场上的发车经验,总结出运行轨迹为八字S轨迹的无碳小车发车影响因素。 According to the requirements of the potential energy-driven car race in the National Undergraduate Engineering Training Integration Ability Competition,we have designed a carbon-free car with gravity drive only,and designed the cam with analytic method learned from the mechanical principle,which used swing follower and direct follower and compared the advantages of different follower structures.Many experiments,Solidworks motion analysis and departure experience on the physical car before the race summed up the impact factors of Carbon-free Car with Eight-word S-shaped trajectory.
