基于维度转换和集中参数法的炉温曲线模型构建

摘要 本文针对“炉温曲线”的机理模型分析和回焊炉参数最优设计问题,通过实际数据以及基本的物理学定律、传热学定律,建立了炉温曲线基于集中参数法的零维数值分析模型以及最优回焊炉参数目标规划模型,最终求解问题所要求温度条件下相应的炉温曲线及所要求条件下的最优炉温曲线和此炉温曲线下的温区设定温度、传送带过炉速度、相应最小面积。最终应用运用matlab软件编程对模型求解。 Aiming at the mechanism model analysis of the"furnace temperature curve"and the optimal design of the reflow furnace parameters,the zero-dimensional numerical analysis model of the furnace temperature curve based on the lumping parameter method and the objective programming model of the optimal reflow furnace parameters were established by using the attached data and the basic physical laws and heat transfer laws.Finally,the corresponding furnace temperature curve under the temperature condition required by the problem and the optimal furnace temperature curve under the required conditions and the temperature zone setting temperature,the speed of the conveyor belt through the furnace and the corresponding minimum area under the furnace temperature curve are solved.final application using matlab software programming to solve the model.
