运用SWOT分析法、文献资料法、逻辑推理法分析2022北京冬奥会场馆运营过程中的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁,针对内、外部因素的不同排列组合提出4种促进北京冬奥会场馆运营的发展战略:1)全面推进冬奥会场馆建设综合化开拓型战略,充分抓住政策扶持红利,推动冬奥体育场馆转型化发展;2)强化冬奥会场馆智慧化技术应用争取型战略,利用全新科学技术手段,挖掘冬奥场馆多元化功能;3)打造特色冬奥会场馆运营机制抗争型战略,借助中华优秀传统文化助力冬奥会场馆走向精品化、国际化;4)完善冬奥会场馆赛后治理体系保守型战略,做好赛后场馆治理工作,提高场馆使用效率。

Using the SWOT analysis,literature and logical reasoning method to analyse the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the operation of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games venues,four development strategies to promote the operation of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games venues are proposed for different combinations of internal and external factors.1)Comprehensive promotion of the construction of Winter Olympic venues integrated pioneering strategy,fully seize the policy support dividend,and promote the transformation of Winter Olympic stadiums.2)Strengthening the application of intelligent technology for Winter Olympic venues fighting strategy,the use of new scientific and technological means to explore the diversified functions of Winter Olympic venues.3)Creating a characteristic Winter Olympic venues operating mechanism resistance strategy,with the help of the excellent Chinese traditional culture to help the Winter Olympic venues towards boutique,internationalization.4)Improving the post-competition governance system of Winter Olympic venues conservative strategy,to do a good job of post-competition venue governance,to improve the efficiency of the use of venues.
